Hi, everyone!

I want to introduce myself. My name is Dārta, but call me Jenn. I had my weight problems and I was so tired of all those websites where nothing good is written, all those places you have to pay and you can never know if that advice will help. That’s why I’m here! So none of you feel so desperate and annoyed as I did! I’m here to help you and share everything I learn. A thousands of methods, facts and secrets of losing weight you probably didn’t know! I will also be waiting for your questions, suggestions and more in my e-mail loseyourweight@hotmail.com! I can assure you that everything you write me can stay anonymus or you can share your story, experience etc. with me and blog readers by simply adding your name at the end of your e-mail!

The goal of this blog is to help to all those people, who wan’t to lose weight for free, by all kinds of methods. But I’m not a magician, so if you think you can just sit at your computer and become thin, hot and sexy, then maybe you should buy yourself unicorn too. Anyways, if your like- Hell, yeah I can do it! I’m going to be thin no matter what – then you should read on!

First we both have to make a goal setting for you!

Standart goal setting

1. Have the will to lose the weight

If you don’t really want to do it, as I already said- don’t waste your time!

2. Be ready to obbey things you love!

You can’t eat french fries every day, ice cream every night. It’s awful idea!! Anyways, you could have a one day in week you eat something you want to, just  a little bit!!

3. Excersise 3 times a day.

Morning / dinner break / before night. In my following posts I’ll also show you the best excersises for all groups of muscles and fat.

4. Find a distraction.

That doesn’t mean you have to smoke now, cause you’ve heard that it helps to keep you from eating- hell no! – Find something, that is also good for your health! For example, bowl or play golf, or just freestyle dance while nobody’s watching.

5.  Be creative!

By creative I mean, you don’t have to eat lettuce the same way every day, be creative and make it feel different every day!

5. WALK!

Don’t sit at PC whole day, even in your job, if you have a chance to walk around, do it!
